End of Kenilworth road: Luton submit detailed plan for new stadium

Luton's development company have submitted a detailed planning application for a new 25,000-capacity stadium in the town centre.

The hybrid application on the Power Court site, which also includes an updated outline submission for a hotel and music venue, was delivered to Luton Borough Council on Friday.
