SIPTU have suspended their public campaign of leafleting outside significant Republic of Ireland fixtures games after getting assurances from the Football Association of Ireland over end-of-year pay increases for its staff.

SIPTU say they welcome the progress that has been made by the ‘Our Union, Our Team’ campaign and the FAI's Senior Leadership Team on issues concerning staff at the national sporting organisation, including pay and conditions, following talks between the sides this week.
