Dundalk vs St Pats postponed as Stephen Kenny's side chase European dream

"Having taken into consideration the exceptional circumstances that the fixtures between each leg for St. Patrick Athletic is six days instead of the standard seven, the League of Ireland has postponed this Sunday’s fixture at Oriel Park and a new date will be announced in due course."

Dundalk's Premier Division clash with St Patrick's Athletic at Oriel Park on Sunday has been postponed, the League of Ireland have confirmed.

Pats manager Stephen Kenny has been critical of the association in recent weeks, and again on Thursday night, over their fixture scheduling which he believed would hinder their chances of progressing in Europe.
