The group stages of the Euros have officially come to an end.

Earlier in the day, Belgium limped into the last 16 and a meeting with France following their 0-0 draw with Ukraine, who finished bottom, meaning Romania's draw with Slovakia ensured they both go through, with the Romanians claiming top spot.
