Declan Rice reckons former Ireland  winger James McClean is still bitter over his decision to throw his lot in with England after the Derry man labelled the England anchor “overrated”.

McClean described Arsenal's Rice as over-rated and “not world class”, but the England star struck a conciliatory tone rather than scoffing at McClean's comments when quizzed on the topic ahead of Wednesday's clash with Slovenia at Euro 2024.
