Gus Poyet has ruled himself out of the running to take over as the Republic of Ireland manager.

Marc Canham confirmed on Friday that the managerial saga is set to rumble on until the UEFA Nations League kick-off in September with John O’Shea to continue interim duties for the June friendlies.
