Jake O'Brien helps Lyon reach French Cup final

The Cork native will now play in the showpiece occasion next month as Lyon look to win their first trophy since 2012.

Jake O’Brien played his part as Lyon defeated second-tier Valenciennes 3-0 on Tuesday to reach the French Cup final.

Striker Alexandre Lacazette was the hero on the night with two goals but the Cork native helped his side keep a clean sheet to reach the showpiece occasion.
