Ireland defender Niamh Fahey has left the squad to continue her recovery on a calf strain, the FAI have confirmed.

Eileen Gleeson's side take on heavyweights France in Metz on Friday night before hosting England next week.

After missing Liverpool's most recent game, Fahey travelled to Dublin to be assessed by the WNT Medical Team and she has now been ruled out of the EURO 2025 doubleheader.

No player has been called up as a replacement with 25 players now in the squad.
