Erik ten Hag says Lisandro Martinez's latest injury is a 'setback'.

The Manchester United manager was speaking ahead of their Premier League game away to Aston Villa on Sunday.

The centre-back only recently returned from a long-term injury but he is now set for another extended spell on the sidelines after suffering an injury in their 3-0 win against West Ham United last weekend.
