SIPTU has expressed its “extreme disappointment” at Jonathan Hill’s performance during the recent Oireachtas Committee hearing and have escalated ongoing issues with the FAI to the Workplace Relations Commission.

The involvement, or otherwise, of the union representing a section of FAI employees got an airing during Wednesday’s sitting of the Tourism, Sport and Media committee, notably after Chris Andrews TD criticised Hill for declining a collective bargaining proposal.
