The FAI has proposed expanding it's board from 12 to 14 at a virtual EGM on Thursday, November 9 in a bid to reach its the 40% gender balance target demanded by the Government.

Under the constitutional change, which requires 75% agreement by its 139-strong General Assembly, the eve split of football and independent directors remains.
