Andriy Kravchuk arrived at Cork City in August as one of a number of free-agent recruits brought in to help turn City's season around. What has followed is a continued league struggle coupled with a run to the semi-finals of the FAI Cup. 

However, what he encountered in the 18 months prior to arriving in Cork was anything but normal in comparison to that of his current teammates.
