Finn Harps First Team Manager Dave Rogers has decided to step away from his position for family and personal reasons, the First Division strugglers announced on Saturday.

The Donegal side have endured a frustrating season in the second tier winning just 7 of their 31 games to sit second from bottom, seven points clear of Kerry in the basement but also 10 points adrift of Bray in eighth place. They suffered a humbling defeat to Cobh Ramblers on Friday night, losing 5-1.
