Jurgen Klopp defends Liverpool’s handling of James Milner’s concussion injury

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp insists the club handled James Milner’s concussion injury correctly in the midweek Champions League win over Napoli.
The midfielder is unavailable for Sunday’s trip to Tottenham after being forced off early in the second half following a head injury before the interval.
