The Football Association has announced it has received an offer to buy Wembley.

Fulham and Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan has made an offer to buy Wembley Stadium from the Football Association, saying it would be a "victory for everyone".

Completed in 2007 at a reported cost of £800million, the 90,000-seater national stadium is one of the best sporting venues in Europe.
