Courtois and Christensen doubts for Chelsea ahead of Tottenham clash

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is sweating on the fitness of key players Thibaut Courtois and Andreas Christensen ahead of Sunday's clash with Tottenham.

Goalkeeper Courtois did not feature for Belgium during the international break because of a hamstring problem, while defender Christensen was sent back by Denmark after struggling with muscle fatigue.
