A homeless man who ran to the aid of injured children after the Manchester Arena bombing has received a life-changing offer from the owner of West Ham United, writes Stephen Barry.

Stephen Jones, a Mancunian who was sleeping near the Arena, recalled the horrific details of pulling nails and shards of glass out of children’s faces on ITV News.
