Mauro Icardi and Ever Banega scored hat-tricks as Inter Milan stunned fellow high-fliers Atalanta 7-1 in Serie A to maintain their hopes of Champions League qualification.

Icardi's hat-trick came inside the opening 26 minutes as the striker notched his first after 17 minutes, converted from the penalty spot six minutes later and struck his third soon after.
