Hat-trick hero Marcus Rashford hopes he has sent a message to Sam Allardyce and Jose Mourinho after his England Under-21 debut treble.

The Manchester United striker scored three in front of senior boss Allardyce to help the Young Lions to a 6-1 rout of Norway on Tuesday.
