Pep Guardiola is getting tough with Man City's overweight players

Manchester City defender Gael Clichy says new manager Pep Guardiola has banned junk food and warned overweight players they will be exiled from first-team training sessions.

Guardiola has been quick to impose the strict discipline which served him well at Barcelona and Bayern Munich as he seeks to make sure his players are fit for the new season.
