FIFA ethics committee member resigns
A member of FIFA's independent ethics committee has resigned from his post following allegations related to the 'Panama Papers' leak.
Uruguayan lawyer Juan Pedro Damiani tendered his resignation on Monday evening after the investigatory chamber had launched a probe into alleged links between him and his compatriot Eugenio Figueredo, the former FIFA vice-president who was arrested last year on corruption charges by the United States Department of Justice.
