Karim Benzema's return to national team opposed by French sports minister

France's sports minister Patrick Kanner is not in favour of Karim Benzema returning to the national team.

The Real Madrid forward learned on Friday that he had been cleared to once again meet with Mathieu Valbuena, the Lyon playmaker and France team-mate he stands accused of blackmailing over a reported sex-tape.
