Watch as player breaks leg, dislocates shoulder and damages ankle ligaments in ONE fall
Pity poor Storm Roux.
The New Zealand footballer suffered an appalling trio of injuries on the football field at the weekend, and all from one attempt to block a shot.
Roux was playing in defence for the Central Coast Mariners as they took on Melbourne City in the A-League when the injuries occurred.
The 23-year-old required surgery to deal with the fractured fibula and ligament disruption suffered in his horrific fall and his club also confirmed he had dislocated his shoulder.
.@CCMariners Thoughts & best wishes from everyone in @NZ_Football community are with Storm for today's surgery & the recovery to follow.

The good news is surgery went well and the player is already focused on his rehabilitation.
Thank you all for the messages and support I've received. Surgery done now so looking forward to the recovery pic.twitter.com/vvK0smgjlx
