Arsene Wenger: Manuel Pellegrini experienced enough to deal with Pep talk

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has backed Manchester City counterpart Manuel Pellegrini to cope with the constant speculation linking Pep Guardiola with his job.

With his contract at Bayern Munich ending in the summer and an announcement on his intentions expected next week, Guardiola has been linked with a move to the Barclays Premier League.
