Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is encouraged to see his players getting called away for international duty.

Harry Arter and Artur Boruc were called up for the Republic of Ireland and Poland respectively and 20-year-old centre-back Baily Cargill was called up as part of Gareth Southgate’s England Under-21 side.
