Franck Ribery is suing CNN for $1.5m after using unauthorised picture of him

Bayern Munich winger Franck Ribery is suing CNN for €1.4m after they used a photo of him to illustrate an article about the death of a woman during cryotherapy.

The unauthorised image appeared on the American television network’s Twitter feed, alongside the headline: “Woman found frozen in cryotherapy chamber, health trend called into question.”
