But we don’t think anyone was quite as disgusted by the behaviour as former Manchester United player and Republic of Ireland assistant manager Roy Keane.

“I think the guy’s a disgrace,” Keane said last night on ITV. “If he’s a Man United player I’m a Chinaman.”
