By Stephen Barry
Nobody can stop Jon Walters these days.
He wound down the clock and wound up the World Champions as Ireland beat Germany at the Aviva Stadium and now he’s knocked in a scorching shot against Premier League and League Cup champions Chelsea.
Okay, Chelsea are far from their best these days, but there’s little stopping strikes like these.

What’s more, it was a 100% Irish goal as Glenn Whelan teed-up Walters for the finish.
Glenn Whelan drove forward and fed Walters, who smashed one in off the crossbar. 1-0 to Stoke.

It’s surely a sign that Ireland are going to beat Bosnia… or that Chelsea have got very, very bad.
It’s more bad news for Jose Mourinho…
