WATCH: A cracker of a goal from Cork City in the FAI Cup

Ross Gaynor produced this beauty to open the scoring in Turners Cross last night.

Cork City took on Derry City, with a place in the FAI Cup semi-finals at stake.

The deadlock wasn’t broken until the 75th minute, but Gaynor’s peach of a strike from 30 yards out was well worth the wait.

Take a bow son.

Credit also due to Liam Miller for some excellent work in the build-up.

The first goal opened the Cork floodgates, with the Rebels scoring twice more in the space of 15 minutes to seal a 3-0 win.
