Chelsea’s Romeu departs for Southampton

Southampton have announced the signing of Spanish midfielder Oriol Romeu from Chelsea on a three-year contract.

The 23-year-old joined the Blues in August 2011 but made only 22 Barclays Premier League appearances during his time at Stamford Bridge.
