WATCH: Cork City poem highlights passion for local football

Cork City FC have gone from the brink of extinction to European football in five long years.
And now a rhyme and verse tribute, 'Passion', has now been paid to the addiction and frustration, as well as pride and devotion, of following the resurrected club.
Club secretary Darren O’Keeffe has put this transformation into a few words, capturing the variety of emotions that come into football fandom in Ireland.
They may not be rich, they may not win often, but “win or lose, rise or fall,” it’s about the volunteers, the community, the families and the next generation.
