VIDEO: Cavani sent off for reacting to revolting invasion
Edinson Cavani was the player sent off during Chile v Uruguay late last night, but we reckon it was opponent Gonzalo Jara who deserved a red card for some seriously unsporting behaviour.
Cavani and the Chilean defender were involved in an altercation and had been cautioned by the referee.
Afterwards, rather than let things go, Jara tried to wind Cavani up further.
He walked up behind the player and first slapped him on the bottom and then, when Cavani didn’t react, became even more invasive.
Where does Jara think he's putting his finger?!
While you were sleeping, Cavani had his arse tickled and got sent off for retaliating. #URU #CHI #Chile2015 pic.twitter.com/GFkBp6tOV9

To add insult to injury, the defender reacted to Cavani’s very restrained brush off by flinging himself to the ground.
The ref saw this and sent off Cavani - most definitely the injured party in our eyes.
Unfortunately, Jara was rewarded for his disgusting behaviour - Chile scored the only goal of the game soon after and knocked Uruguay out of the Copa America.
