Adam announces new Stoke deal

Stoke midfielder Charlie Adam has announced he has signed a new contract.

The 29-year-old Scotland international, who penned a four-year deal when he joined the Potters from Liverpool in summer 2012, revealed the news on Twitter on Saturday lunchtime.

Adam posted: “Delighted to have signed a new contract with Stoke City.”
