Jagielka sticks with Toffees

England defender Phil Jagielka has signed a one-year contract extension with Everton, the Barclays Premier League club have announced.

Toffees captain Jagielka, who has won 36 caps for England, will now remain at Goodison Park until the summer of 2018.
