Hazard credits Chelsea for PFA award

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard believes the Blues’ Premier League title tilt has enabled him to be crowned PFA Player of the Year.

The 24-year-old has scored 18 times for Jose Mourinho’s side – who closed within five points of sealing the title following Sunday’s goalless draw at Arsenal.
