VIDEO: Roy Keane called 'the stamping expert' live on TV

Roy Keane had a sly comment thrown at him live on air last night, while commentating on the Champions League semi-final for ITV.

The all Madrid tie was a predictably confrontational affair with plenty of aggressive challenges from both sides, and Roy Keane left himself open to a dig when talking about Real’s Sergio Ramos.

“He’s clever with it,” Keane said about an incident when Ramos appeared to stamp on Mario Mandzukic.

“It’s an accidental stamp, you have to be clever to do that.”

Fellow pundit Lee Dixon quipped: “I bow to the stamping expert”.

Ireland’s assistant manager didn’t seem too bothered by the remark. He didn’t say anything, but answered with a wicked grin.
