VIDEO: Should this goal have been allowed last night?
Championship side Bournemouth were outraged last night when they had what they felt was a perfectly good goal disallowed against Cardiff.
Cardiff goalie had the ball in his hands to kick outfield, but instead booted it directly into Bournemouth player Callum Wilson’s back. It rebounded off him and back towards the goal. Wilson reacted faster than Moore and ran back to knock the ball in the net.
The referee disallowed the goal and instead awarded a free to Cardiff and booked Wilson, apparently for obstruction. The game ended in a draw and two points dropped for a Bournemouth side hoping for promotion to the Premier League.
The decision did not go down well with football fans.
How was that Bournemouth goal disallowed? What a joke 😂

@Hiph0pan0tamus @TFBible_ @WankersFullKit 100% legit goal, not a rule for it to be disallowed.

Even some Cardiff fans agreed the goal should have stood.
@GoalAdviser I'm perfectly okay with this being disallowed... would be outraged of I was a Bournemouth fan but we needed the point!
