Robbie draws blank as Galaxy beat Hoops

Liam Mackey was at Tallaght Stadium today for Robbie Keane's homecoming.

Robbie Keane might have drawn a blank on his return to his home turf, but his LA Galaxy side still claimed the bragging rights with a 1-0 win over Shamrock Rovers in this friendly game played in front of a near-capacity crowd of 6,000 at Tallaght Stadium.

Local boy turned international star Keane was involved in all the early action as the visitors dominated the opening exchanges.
