Aguero tells fans ' I'm ok' after late substitution

Sergio Aguero has taken to Twitter to allay fears over his fitness after he was withdrawn late on during Manchester City's emphatic 4-1 win at Stoke on Wednesday night.

Aguero bagged a brace for City, ending a six-game barren run without a goal, but Sky Blues fans were left fearing the worst when he was substituted in the 73rd minute with a back complaint.
