Ronaldo's son is a huge fan of his dad’s main rival

Cristiano Jr couldn't wait to shake Messi's hand at Ballon d'Or.

Cristiano Ronaldo may have won the Ballon d'Or on Monday, but we don't think his son would have agreed with the result.

The Real Madrid star's little boy, Cristiano Jr obviously, was spotted at the football awards mixing with the stars and generally having the time of his life.

The little man couldn't believe his luck when Lionel Messi walked past and his dad, presumably through gritted teeth, encouraged him to say hello to the little maestro.

Ronaldo then told the little Argentine: “He’s always watching videos of us and speaking about you.”
