Roma footballer Francesco Totti may have started a new trend.

The Italian celebrated one of his two goals by taking a selfie in the 2-2 draw with Lazio in Serie A's Rome derby.

One of the club's staff handed him a phone from the touchline.

Totti says he planned the celebration during the week.
