Keane left out against Scotland
Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill has left Robbie Keane out of the starting line-up against Scotland tonight.
Instead, he has gone with Shane Long and Jonathan Walters up front for the European Qualifier game in Celtic Park, while Aiden McGeady starts in midfield.
Kick-off at Celtic Park this evening is at 7.45pm, which is the same start time as the meeting of Group D minnows Gibraltar against top-seeds Germany in Nuremburg.
Meanwhile, Poland are set to remain top of the Group D table as they are leading their hosts Georgia 3-0 in Tbilisi.
Ireland team v Scotland: Forde, Coleman, O'Shea (c), Keogh, Ward, McGeady, Hendrick, Gibson, McClean, Long, Walters
Huge call to leave Robbie Keane out! What do we think? #ScovIrl
