Tickets at a premium for League of Ireland decider

Cork City and Dundalk fans are scrambling for tickets to next Friday’s SSE Airtricity League decider at Oriel Park.

Dundalk could have been champions of the League of Ireland last night, if they had beaten Bray and Bohemians overcame Cork City. Instead the Leesiders were victorious and Dundalk were held to a draw.

These results leave Cork City one point clear at the top of the table, meaning the League champions will be decided at Oriel Park on Friday night as the two sides meet in the final game of the season.

Cork City are making tickets available for FORAS trustees today and tomorrow, before season ticket holders are given the opportunity to purchase tickets on Monday.

Any remaining tickets will be made available for general sale on Tuesday from the club office.

Dundalk FC have ground and stand tickets available from the Oriel Park office.

It's shaping up to be a classic.
