Crystal Palace appear to have pressed pause on a move for Malky Mackay to take over at Selhurst Park with caretaker boss Keith Millen expected to be in charge for Saturday’s meeting with West Ham.

Betting was suspended on Tuesday evening as former Cardiff boss Mackay appeared destined to replace Tony Pulis as manager at Palace.
