Supporters of the club are holding a birthday party night, sponsored by Clonakilty Black Pudding, in Clancy’s Bar in Cork this Saturday 19 July.
It is not an official club event but the organisers are promising a night to remember. Special guests on the night will include Chelsea legend and Cork City’s first manager Bobby Tambling and former club chairman Brian Lennox.

Damien Richardson, who led the club to League of Ireland victory in 2005 and the FAI Cup in 2007, is flying in from the UK for the event.
A verified print of this note of congratulations from Liverpool and tickets to a Celtic game are among the prizes to be won on the night.
