Police arrest FIFA director for illegally re-selling World Cup tickets

A British director of FIFA's hospitality partners at the World Cup has been arrested in Brazil.

Ray Whelan, who used to work as an agent for Sir Bobby Charlton, is being questioned on suspicion of illegally re-selling tickets at the tournament.
