A British director of FIFA's hospitality partners at the World Cup has been arrested in Brazil.

Ray Whelan, who used to work as an agent for Sir Bobby Charlton, is being questioned on suspicion of illegally re-selling tickets at the tournament.

Reports say he had up to 100 tickets in his possession when he was taken into custody.
