Costa passes medical for Chelsea move

Chelsea have moved a step closer to securing the capture of Diego Costa for next season.

The Atletico Madrid striker has passed a medical this afternoon in Spain, where he's preparing for the upcoming World Cup finals.

The 25-year-old is now expected to finalise the personal terms of his €39.5m switch from the newly-crowned Spanish champions.
