VIDEO: Russian player Granat in broken-jaw fear after pitch invasion

A match in the domestic league of 2018 World Cup hosts Russia has had to be abandoned after fans invaded the pitch, and players were attacked.

The pitch invasion happened late in the game between Zenit St Petersburg and Dynamo Moscow.

It is feared Dynamo defender Vladimir Granat has been left with a broken jaw, and his 2014 World Cup place could now be in doubt.

In the clip below, a barechested man is seen running across the pitch and punching the player in the face.
