Fulham gave a first start to teenage striker Moussa Dembele in their Barclays Premier League clash with Everton at Craven Cottage.

The 17-year-old Dembele, who has made two substitute appearances this season, was one of three changes with Pajtim Kasami and Lewis Holtby also starting.
