Unnamed 'expert' appointed to Anelka probe

The Football Association is working with an “appointed expert” as part of its ongoing investigation into Nicolas Anelka’s controversial ’quenelle’ goal celebration.

The governing body said the investigation is continuing into the gesture, which is regarded by some in France as having anti-Semitic connotations.
